COMMISSIONERS PROCEEDINGS
May 25, 2018

The Board of County Commissioners met in a special session with all members present.  Also present were Paul Kitzke, County Attorney and Amy Jo Tharp, County Clerk.  Joe called the meeting to order.

Joe called for a ten (10) minute executive session regarding non-elected personnel over courthouse issues.  Pat seconded.  Motion carried.  Executive session began at 8:04am and ended at 8:14am with all commissioners and Paul Kitzke in attendance No action taken.

Tron made a motion to go into a fifteen (15) minute executive session including commissioners, Paul Kitzke and Robert Lucero to discuss non-elected personnel over courthouse issues.  Pat seconded.  Executive session began at 8:12am and ended at 8:27am.  No action taken.

Joe made a motion that the two areas of dead lawn on the north part of the Sheriff’s office be concreted over.  He further stated that any part of lawn at the courthouse that does not have a sprinkler system be concreted as well and the rest be reseeded.  Pat seconded.  Motion carried.

Pat will get bids for the two (2) places on the north part of the Sheriff’s department and one (1) place at the northeast side of the courthouse.

 

By motion the Board adjourned.
