The Stevens County GIS Department is responsible for handling passport applications.  Please call (620) 544-2559 or email your questions to passports@stevenscoks.org. You can also come in to GIS Department to pick up forms or ask questions.

Appointments are not necessary to apply for passports; but if you are planning to come between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. call so lunch hour can be arranged around the time you plan to apply.
