For the Hugoton Cemetery contact the City of Hugoton.  For the Moscow Cemetery contact the City of Moscow.  The rest of the cemeteries are all handled by a variety of people.
If you will be overseas during elections or in the military you can still vote! You will need to go online to the FVAP website.
You will need to fill out an advance voter application and turn it into the county where you are registered (mail, email, fax, or online). Be mindful of the process of USPS mail and when the election office can officially mail out ballots. 2026 the State of Kansas changed the ruling to where ALL ballots either in person or mail MUST be in the election office or at a poll site no later than 7:00PM on election day.
